Halloween Trail at Pavilion Gardens

The trail takes place in and around the building and park and begins at the ice cream parlour. All entrants will receive a prize! No bookings taken, just turn up on the day for some spooky fun! 21st October – 5th November October 2023, 10am – 3pm each day (last entry 2pm). Entry / Cost: £3 per child. Pumpkin Carving Party at Dubbin Good Food

Halloween at Poole’s Cavern – Creepy Cavern Tours

From the team who brings us Santa’s Grotto, Poole’s Cavern are excited to announce that this year they are launching their new Creepy Cavern Tours special Halloween event. Join the team after-hours for a descent into Poole’s Hole. With all the tour guides gone, dare you follow Warslow Joe into the dark, unearthing lost legends and local folklore? For this Spooktacular event you will be guided through our cavern by Warslow Joe himself, resurrected for All Hallows Eve. Be sure to carry garlic to warn off any vampires, and watch out for it is said that Poole’s Hole is haunted by a villainous outlaw. Look out for ghouls that lurk in the dark and be wary of those glowing stalagmites that tower above. There will be 3 tours a night at 4.15pm, 5.15pm & 6.15pm from Thursday 26th October 2023- Tuesday 31st October 2023. Adult Ticket: £22, Child Ticket: £10, Family Ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children): £59.

Halloween Mask Making with a Difference Workshop at The Green Man Gallery

Eco artist Ruby Sufi returns this Halloween for a mystical Mask Making Workshop!
These free creative workshops are perfect for families, fabulous for little ones who can hone their craft skills including cutting, folding and simple 3D construction, teenagers and adults can learn ancient craft techniques to create their own otherworldly masks, they can all proudly wear for Halloween celebrations! 27th, 28th & 29th October. Trick or Treat! Halloween at Level 2 Nightclub

Both floors are open for the most haunted night in town! Come along in your scariest sexiest Halloween costume and get a FREE Jager Bomb for every one in fancy dress. DJ Lewis Noble on the main floor and up in the Tiki Bar the famous Polish DJ Quest for the European/Polish night. As always its FREE entry B4 midnight and £2.50 drinks from 12am – 1am! 28th October, from 10pm.

Spooky Springs – Face Painting

Get ready for a spooktacular transformation!  Let your inner monster or wicked witch come to life! There will be a fantastic face painter on-site to kickstart your Halloween Weekend. October 28th from 11am – 3pm. A charge applies. More information: 

Skull Lanterns and Spooky Trees with BVA & Creeping Toad

Make a fascinating lantern to add a scary glow to a dark winter evening! Inspired by the animals of Buxton, we’ll look at skulls and bones and draw these as designs to go into small table-top lanterns. Just right for a Hallowe’en Party or a midnight ghost story session!

No pumpkins will be harmed during this session, we will mostly be working with paper and card! Each session will last approximately 45 minutes to allow plenty of time to work on your creation. Please arrive promptly at the start of your booked time slot as it may not be possible to extend beyond your allocated finish time. Suitable for all – but activities will be aimed at families with children 3 to 12 years old. This event is FREE, but places need to be booked to ensure a quality amount of time with the artists! 30th October. Free entry.
