A fun, lively café bar in a prominent position on Buxton marketplace. The Vault is a dynamic venue with lots to offer both day and night; have fun with friends at one of the regular Bingo or Quiz events, catch the latest sport at weekend, bring your family for Sunday Lunch, or party into the early hours with their resident DJs.
Home Cooked Menu
A locally sourced, home-cooked menu offering something for everyone, including all day breakfast, sandwiches and traditional British classics, as well as a children’s menu, snacks and specials. Breakfast and the full menu is is served from 9am.
Sunday lunch is a serious weekly affair, with a selection of four roast meats and a vegetarian option. Sunday lunches are served with all the traditional trimmings including lashings of home cooked gravy and homemade Yorkshire puddings. Served 12 noon – 6pm.
Vibrant Bar
The vibrant bar boasts 8 keg lines and the largest spirit selection in Buxton, including a handcrafted cocktail menu with a daily happy hour from 5pm – 9pm, as well as weekly specials on different drinks.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and family friendly; there are colouring and toys for children. Wednesday mornings see baby and toddler music classes offered by their resident professional musician.
Dog Friendly
The Vault is dog friendly and the staff are happy to provide a biscuit to all four-legged friends.
The Vault aims to provide a fun venue for all in Buxton, with all live sport, a wide range of events every week including Bonkers Bingo, themed party nights and a monthly quiz.
Bottomless Brunch
Bottomless Brunch is served every Saturday (booking only via their website) and The Vault can cater for larger groups, with segregated areas for bigger bookings.
A warm welcome is guaranteed at The Vault, with a close knit team who are accommodating to all and most likely to be having a dance behind the bar themselves!
On a weekend evening the bar transitions smoothly into a more upbeat venue with space to dance. DJs start at 9pm on a Friday and Saturday.
Private Hire & Group Bookings
The Vault can cater for meetings, family gatherings, functions and large celebrations, with segregated areas for larger bookings.
