The Old Club House re-opened in November 2024 following a major, six-figure refurbishment, with an entire re-fit inside, a brand new menu, new staff and new management. The entire pub has been transformed and the upstairs has been converted into a larger restaurant space, adding 99 additional covers to offer a more efficient dining experience.
Situated opposite Buxton Opera House, this is the perfect place for pre and post theatre drinks and dining. The Old Clubhouse is right at the heart of the buzzy ‘West-End’ district – and also minutes from the Pavilion Gardens and Buxton Cinema. Equally it’s just a short walk from heritage trails in the area, attractions in the town such as Buxton Crescent Experience and Poole’s Cavern, the Buxton Crescent Spa Hotel, and, the expansive Peak District National Park. This inviting pub restaurant is a family-friendly haven with Wi-Fi.
