The Quadrant & The Old Court House
The Quadrant dates back to the 1850’s and leads you to Cavendish Circus. This area coined by locals as the ‘West End’, is home to several upmarket restaurants and bars including Simply Thai (traditional Thai), Lone Star (Mexican), St.Moritz (Swiss-Italian), Bar Brasserie (French) and Pizza Express.
The Old Court House is a bustling area, particularly in summer where there is outdoor seating at the Bar Rene and Buxton Tap House Cellar.
‘New Charity Hot Baths’ were once located behind Cavendish Circus, built in 1876 & designed by R.R. Duke.
TIP: Take time out at the one of the stylish bars and coffee shops with interesting views of the rear of The Crescent.
