Opening times: Monday – Sunday 10am – 1am. Light bites menu served Monday – Sunday: 10am – 2.30pm.
Traditional pub with a cosy atmosphere located in Higher Buxton. Famous for its character and the unique Tartan Room, The Swan offers a home from home atmosphere. With two lounges both with open fires and additionally a tap room with darts board.
Light Bites Food Menu: light lunches, small dishes, sandwiches and fresh butties made to order as well as a daily ‘Specials’ menu. Light Bites menu changes each day – check their Facebook page for the latest updates.
From the 1st January 2025 they will be stopping lunch time food until the 1st of March. They are planning some essential maintenance and redesign of the kitchen during the quiet months, as well as giving the kitchen staff some holiday time. The team want to thank everyone for their custom and support so far: baps on the bar, after 1st Jan will still be available.
Real cask ales, beers and ciders including Thatchers, Timothy Taylor’s, Carling, Madri, Guinness, Stella and John Smith’s. Spirits including a selection of whiskies as well as wines and soft drinks.
Bingo: Every Tuesday at 3pm and the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm.
Sky Sports are shown on several screens with major sporting events featured.
