The 2024 competition closed on 8 January 2024. The winning artist was Elizabeth Rose.
Following the 2023 Fringe, organisers announced a competition to design the 2024 programme cover. The original announcement offered a £100 prize.
The 2023 programme cover featured a photograph by Caroline Claye of High Peak Photography Club, inspired by the Fringe’s floral displays around town.
The 2024 competition accepted entries in any medium from amateur and professional artists of all ages. The winning design was intended for the programme and other Fringe publicity.
Entrants could choose their subject. Marketing officer Stephanie Billen encouraged bold designs that conveyed the spirit of the Fringe.

The closing date was 8 January 2024. The Fringe gallery shows the winning and shortlisted artwork.
