Located at one of Buxton’s most popular visitor attractions Poole’s Cavern, Café in the Cavern serves snacks and light meals with an excellent choice of vegetarian and gluten free options, such as homemade cakes, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, baguettes, homemade soups and hot and cold drinks. There’s also a delicious selection of breakfast baps served all day.
Gluten free bread is available dishes / sandwiches and there are vegetarian options.
Where possible all ingredients are sourced from local producers and suppliers and coffee is Fairtrade.
It’s a dog friendly cafe (and there’s doggy treats too!) and they’re also a permitted in the visitor centre.
Ideal stop-off if you have worked up an appetite exploring the woodlands, cavern or Go Ape Forest adventure course.
Located within the Poole’s Cavern visitor attraction and the beautifully scenic Grin Low Country Park.
The cafe can cater for groups of up to 30 and their separate learning and conference room is perfect for meetings in beautiful surroundings. Ideal for groups and school groups asa wet weather room.
Large picnic area and patio area outside.
Muddy boots? Hikers and walkers made very welcome!
