La Gaby is a new pizzeria in Buxton serving authentic Italian pizza, made by hand and with heart, passion and time. Using the very best fresh ingredients is at the heart of everything the do in their quest to create the very best pizza; Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil, full-flavoured tomatoes, creamy Fior di latte and fresh basil leaves. Ingredients are both imported from Italy and sourced locally here in the Peak District.
Dough is nurtured for 48 hours to create light, airy, easily digestible crust; made fresh every day, on site using only four ingredients – Italian ’00’ flour, yeast, sea salt and water; the result is traditional Neapolitan style pizza prepared in front of you and fired in an authentic Italian wood fired brick oven.
The main menu features their pizza classics such as Margherita, Ham & Mushroom, Pepperoni and Marinara as well as some popular specials as Gorgonzola and Chili Jam or Nduja and Honey. They also serve antipasti, deserts and a Kids Menu.
Drinks menu includes a range of global wines, continental beers and ciders, spirits and soft drinks. A range of coffees, tea and hot chocolate is also served.
Located in the heart of Buxton town centre, parking can be found nearby at Springs Shopping Centre, Sylvan Car Park (Sylvan Road), The Slopes and Pavilion Gardens.
