There’s nothing like putting on your winter warmies, standing round a big hot bonfire and watching fireworks magically light up the sky! Remember to take care if you’re using fireworks at home and keep pets indoors if you can around this time, but most of all…enjoy!

Buxton and High Peak Bonfire Events

Dove Holes Bonfire and Fireworks

When: 5th November 2025, bonfire starts 7pm, fireworks 7.30pm

Bar, hot food, tea and coffee.

Where: Dove Holes Village Hall, Hallsteads, Dove Holes

Bonfire Night at Buxton Brewery Trackside

When: 5th November 2025

Join Trackside for Bonfire Night without the fireworks. They’ve opted for sparklers, glow sticks and fairy lights, both family and dog friendly. Games, food and fun!

Where: Buxton Brewery Trackside, Unit 4B, Staden Lane, SK17 9RZ

Buxton Rugby Club Bonfire and Fireworks Display

Live band, BBQ and bar open.

Where: Buxton Rugby Club, Sunnyfields, Harpur Hill, Buxton, SK17 9PX

Entry / Cost: Adult £6, Child £4, pay on the gate.

Glossop Bonfire Spectacular Round Table Fireworks Display

When: 8th November 2025, from 4pm

Where: Manor Park, Glossop

Entry / Cost: Family ticket £25, adult £10, concession £5, Under 3s are free + booking fees. Online tickets NOW on sale: limited number of available – book as soon as you can To book tickets CLICK HERE.

Glossop and District Round Table will host the biggest bonfire and fireworks display in the area. All the funds raised will go back into the local community. In 2025 they distributed over £17,000 to local charities.

Peak District Bonfire Events

Fireworks at The Kedleston Country House

When: 4th & 5th November 2025, from 6.30pm – 11pm (both dates)

Where: Kedleston Country House

Entry / Cost: Adult £7 + £0.50 Booking Fee, Child £5 + £0.50 Booking Fee, Under 5s free, Family Ticket (2x adults + 2 children) £22 + £0.50 Booking Fee.

Watch the skies light up at The Kedleston Country House with their annual fireworks display! A perfect night for all the family, there’ll be plenty of outdoor food, drinks and entertainment too.

Thornbridge Hall: Family / Dog Friendly Bonfire Night at Quackers Café

Where: Thornbridge Hall, Bakewell, England, DE45 1NZ

Entry / Cost: Adults (17yrs+) £10, Includes a jacket potato with Chilli)
Children (3-16yrs) – £5 Includes a jacket potato with cheese & beans
Under 3s – FREE
All tickets include a giant marshmallow for toasting and a sparkler.

Get cosy by the firepit, grab a sparkler, and let the warmth of the season embrace you! It’s time to toast some marshmallows, sip on delicious hot chocolate or mulled wine, and enjoy a jacket potato feast — all while your furry friends are right there with you, no need to worry about loud fireworks!

What’s to expect:

  • Roaring firepit to keep you warm as the autumn chill sets in Sparklers for a twinkling good time (we’ll provide one per person, but feel free to bring extra for double the sparkle!) Fountain sparklers are not allowed as they scare the dogs.

  • Marshmallows—giant, gooey, and perfect for toasting over the flames

  • Delicious hot chocolate or mulled wine to sip while you relax (and the bar will be open for something stronger if you’re in the mood!)

  • Hearty jacket potatoes with homemade chilli or cheese & beans for the little ones

The Calver Arms (Eyre Arms)

Where: The Eyre Arms, Chester Road, Calver, Derbyshire

Entry / Cost: Advance tickets  – (available at the pub and Whites and the garage forecourt) Adults £7, child £7 (age 5 and over), under 5s free.

On the gate tickets – Adults £10, child £10 (age 5 and over), under 5s free.

Fireworks Spectacular at Conkers

Where: Conkers, Rawdon Road (B586), Moira, Nr Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Derbyshire DE12 6GA

Entry / Cost: Standard ticket prices – Adults £13, children £11 (0 – 16 years), Family ticket £48 (2 adults and 2 children), £5 under 2s – please book your tickets online.  Card payments are accepted indoors.

Back by popular demand Overseal Pyrotechnics will be lighting up the sky with two nights of dazzling fireworks displays, along with walkabout entertainers, this is an event you won’t want to miss. And if you’re worried about dinner, don’t be – the varied Food Market Menu has got you covered at multiple locations throughout the site.

So gather your loved ones and head on over to the best Fireworks Display with Walkabout Entertainers and Laser Show in The National Forest!

Matlock RFC Presents Bonfire and Fireworks Extravaganza

Eyam Bonfire

When: 8th November 2025, from 5.30pm, Bonfire lit at 6.30pm, torchlit procession leaves the square at 6.15pm

Where: Eyam Village Square, Derbyshire

Entry / Cost: Adults £8 and Children £4, under 2s go free. Tickets on sale from Eyam Shops: The Post Office, The Miners’ Arms, Bloom, and also Calver Spar. Cash only please.

Come and celebrate the burning of the legendary Eyam Rat and help to raise invaluable funds for Eyam School!

From 5.30pm the entertainment starts in the village square. At 6.15pm the live music torch lit procession leads the Eyam Rat through the village.

Watch as the willow rat (which alludes to the Eyam plague story of 1665 and is crafted by local school students out of willow) is set ablaze on a towering bonfire accompanied by chants of ‘Burn the rat’, followed by the fantastic firework display.

Warm up by the bonfire and treat yourself to a delicious selection of hearty food and drink including jacket potatoes with rich chilli or baked beans & cheese, farmhouse sausage hot dogs, homemade soup, classic parkin, traditional roast chestnuts, bags of our quintessential bonfire toffee, locally brewed Eyam beers & ciders, spiced mulled wine, hot and cold drinks.

Tickets will be on sale from 1st of October from Eyam Village Shop, The Miners Arms and Calver Spar. Adults £10 (16 and over) Children £5 (2-15) Under 2s Go Free. Buy early to avoid disappointment!

All funds raised go to Eyam Primary School PTFA and the local community, so please come along to support us and enjoy a night of bonfire fun!
