Bonfire Night in Buxton and the High Peak – Bonfire and Firework Displays – What’s On Where
There’s nothing like putting on your winter warmies, standing round a big hot bonfire and watching fireworks magically light up the sky! Remember to take care if you’re using fireworks at home and keep pets indoors if you can around this time, but most of all…enjoy!

Glossop Bonfire Spooktacular Round Table Fireworks Display
When: 2nd November 2024, from 4pm
Where: Manor Park, Glossop
Entry / Cost: Family ticket £25, adult £10, concession £5, Under 3s are free + booking fees. Online tickets NOW on sale: limited number of tickets available to book as soon as you can. To book tickets CLICK HERE.

Buxton Fireworks Spectacular at Buxton Cricket Ground
When: Sunday 3rd November 2024, Gates open 4pm
Where: Buxton Cricket Ground, Park Road
Entry / Cost: Save money on advance tickets: Adult £8, Child £4 (under 13) and a family (2 adults and 2 children) ticket £20.
They have the Biggest Firework display in the area! All entertainment is included in the ticket price. A fantastic event for all the family to enjoy.
High Peak’s newest radio High Peak 1 will be hosting the event.
Event Timings:
4pm: Gates open 4pm
4pm – 5pm: Happy Hour, all Fairground rides £2.50
5.10pm – 5.30pm: Storm in a Teacup Circus, fire performers
5.40pm: Children’s firework display (smaller and quieter)
5.55pm – 6.15pm: Storm in a Teacup Circus, fire performers
6.20pm – 6.40pm: LED light show
6.45pm – 7.05pm: Storm in a Teacup Circus, fire performers
7.20pm: Main spectacular firework display

On the gate tickets will also be available at a slightly higher price than pre-booked tickets.
Buxton Raceway – Family Fireworks and Races
When: Sunday 3rd November 2024, action starts from 12pm
Where: Buxton Raceway, Dale Head Road, Buxton, SK17 0RR
Entry / Cost: Early bird prices currently available – Adult £18 per adult, Senior £17, Children 9 – 15yrs £9, Family ticket (2 adults/3 children) £50. Book tickets online or pay on the gate (advance tickets online are the cheaper price shown).

Dove Holes Fun Fair, Fireworks & Big Bonfire!
When: Tuesday 5th November 2024, 7pm
Where: Dove Holes Village Hall, Hallsteads, Dove Holes

Buxton Rugby Club Bonfire and Fireworks Display
When: Friday 1st November 2024, timings TBC
Where: Buxton Rugby Club, Sunnyfields, Harpur Hill, Buxton, SK17 9PX
Entry / Cost: Adults £6 Children £4

Whaley Bridge Community Bonfire and Fireworks
When: 2nd November 2024
Where: Cricket Ground, Whaley Bridge
This years Whaley Bridge Community Bonfire and Firework display is sponsored by Whaley Bridge Town Council.
Entry / Cost: Early Bird tickets with up to 40% discount on the normal gate prices purchased purchased BEFORE and on sale until 27th October from Babka, The Bridge Bakehouse, The Fryery, Little Fika Cafe, Horwich End Post Office, Frydays Cod & Cake, and Village Kitchen.
Gate prices: Adult £8, child £5, Family ticket £20, children under 5 FREE entry
