Old Hall Hotel awarded prestigious Visit England Award

The historic Old Hall Hotel in Buxton were thrilled to find they were one of a small number of winners awarded the prestigious VisitEngland ROSE award at the Independent Hotel Show in London last week.

General Manager Sally Potter said, “We’re really thrilled to receive this award and the whole team at the Old Hall Hotel should be really proud of all their hard work. We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service and giving guests a memorable experience when they stay with us. With just 100 recipients of the award we feel very honoured to be taking this home”.

Now in its fourth year, The ROSE Awards this year awarded to 100 recipients across the country, puts the spotlight on those accommodation providers across England who provide visitors with the warmest of welcomes.  They recognise the owners, management and employees of establishments that go above and beyond, making customers’ experiences extra special, irrespective of star rating, style or accommodation type.

Celebrating the teams and owners whose efforts surpass expectations, the ROSE Awards’ recipients can advertise their accolade as long as they remain within the VisitEngland quality scheme.
