- The hosts are maintaining a high standard of cleaning between reservations and added to that, all surfaces, door handles, light switches, sockets and TV Remotes are now wet-wiped using a branded anti-bacterial wipe.
- All unnecessary items such as cushions and throws have been removed from guest rooms to avoid cross contamination. There will be a blanket in the wardrobe or drawer in the room (not bagged) for you to use if required – which are replaced after each guest.
- You will be invited to use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the cottage.
Originally owned by the Duke of Devonshire, this Grade II listed barn conversion is one of Buxton’s oldest buildings, dating back to the 16th century. Lavender Cottage (part of the Hawthorn Farm Bed & Breakfast) offers comfortable self catering accommodation with two double bedrooms and one double/twin room – all with their own en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to six people.
Full of character and charm with exposed beams and stone, the fabulous open plan living area can be found upstairs.
