Calming Crescent is perfect for group or family gatherings. The property features four bedrooms: three with King size beds and one with two single beds. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with their own TV. Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, we have carefully chosen high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort. Foldable cots are available upon request, though you will need to bring your own linen. Please let us know in advance how many cots you will need.

The Opera House, Pavilion Gardens, local dining and the town centre are just a short walk away. Equally the property offers the ideal base for exploring the surrounding countryside.

The property includes a full main bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also an additional shower room that has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

The kitchen, dining, and living area features a spacious open-plan design, perfect for group or family gatherings. You’ll find books, games, and puzzles for entertainment. A large smart TV with Sky and Netflix is available, surrounded by comfortable sofas for everyone to enjoy. The dining table is ideal for sharing meals with the entire group. High chairs are available upon request; please let us know in advance how many you need.

Beautifully landscaped communal garden. There is plenty of lawn to share a picnic on the grass and enjoy some fresh air.

There is plenty of on-site private parking with three available spaces.

Dogs are very welcome. Please let us know how many you have so we can prepare a dog bed and bowls for your stay.
