As England heads back into a national lockdown on Thursday this week, non-essential shops will have to close their doors once again. If you’ve had your eye on something in one of your favourite independent shops in Buxton as a potential Christmas gift or indeed something all for yourself – alas, there’s still time to go shopping so you don’t miss out. Buxton’s independent shopping has thrived in recent years, so there isnt always the need to head out of town and you’re likely to get your hands on something that’s a little bit special and maybe crafted locally.
Residents are being urged to come out and support late night shopping this Tuesday and Wednesday, with various stores in the town extending their usual business hours to stay open later.
Here’s a handy list of who’s offering late night shopping this week and as we get more information, we’ll update this.
Some shops will be offering Click and Collect and local deliveries during the lockdown period so we’ll also keep you updated on that too. In the mean time, please support our fabulous local shops here in Buxton, because they are awesome! 💪
