About

Created by Holly behind the hugely popular Little Music Monsters, Busy Little Monsters is a perfectly sized tiny town including a salon, cafe, supermarket, vets, construction site and village green complete with ice cream stand and soft play.

Post a letter at the post box or rock around on the friendly stripy cars!

Tiny babies can enjoy the baby sensory pool, full of stage-appropriate resources to delight even the youngest of little monsters.

Children can enjoy ‘real life’ situations through role play and play pretend as any of the roles in the brightly coloured and wonderful little village – and it’s all at their perfect size and scale.

Teacher-led activities to nurture your child’s imagination, creativity and love of learning through play.

Guided activities are optional and children with more energy may enjoy exploring independently.

Former teacher and class host Holly enjoys patrolling the village and interacting with the children so they can make the most of their experience!

In line with the EYFS curriculum, Holly loves to encourage Talk for Learning to support children’s language development.

Parents can expect the highest standard of toys and equipment, to provide the best opportunity for quality imaginative play.

“It was our first time at Busy Little Monsters today and my son LOVED it! Holly was fabulous (as she always is). The resources provided were excellent quality for really in-depth role play, the stalls were engaging and fun too! It’s such a lovely resource to have in Buxton. I also have a 3 month old and the baby area was fantastically filled with age and stage appropriate toys so that the experience was fun for them too. You have found regulars in us!”

“Today was our first visit to the pop-up play village & my 3 year old absolutely loved it. All the ‘stations’ are so well thought out with top quality, beautiful accessories for each. We’ll definitely be back again soon.”

“Today we came to play for a second time xx Matilda who’s 3 loves it, and Wyatt who is 1 is learning each time we come how to play Nicely with the toys.”
