Haddon Hall – Mini Mercatum, a three-day artisan event

Due to the main Artisan Market selling out, Haddon Hall have announced a further event:
Thirty of their alpine chalets will remain in place along the driveway and picnic area, creating a charming festive promenade for Hall visitors. As well as general admission to Christmas at Haddon, they will also be releasing a limited number of market-only tickets (£5 + parking), with 150 available each day.
While this intimate edition does not include the indoor stalls that were available during Mercatum, it offers a rare chance to enjoy a touch of its seasonal charm and craftsmanship in the days before Christmas.

Entry / Cost: Booking is advised. £12.80 per adult, £4 per child (5-15 years), Free per child (0-4 years).

Chesterfield Artisan Market

The monthly Artisan Market will have a festive theme on 21st December. This popular event is an opportunity to sample many artisan foodie delights and to purchase quirky, bespoke, original craft items and enjoy the sumptuous delights of the authentic street food court whilst being entertained.
Whether it is something for dinner, a gift for a friend, a treat for someone special or simply stocking up on essentials that you can’t get elsewhere – Chesterfield Artisan Market is the place to visit. No matter what the weather rain or shine, the market will enliven your spirit, and combined with a scout around the shops and a wonder around this beautiful town; it’s a great day out!
