Quadrant Cottage is an award winning, three bedroom, boutique style Victorian Cottage located in the heart of Buxton just minutes away from Buxton’s major attractions such as Buxton Opera House, Pavilion Gardens and Devonshire Dome Spa. Located on a quiet street, you’re also just a stones throw from some of the towns best wine bars, gin and cocktail bars and several superb restaurants.

Cavendish Shopping Arcade, home to a range of unusual and interesting independent boutique shops is just seconds away across the road.

The property is the perfect base to explore not only Buxton but the beautiful Peak District National Park – home to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, The Heights of Abraham and hundreds of spectacular hikes and walking trails. You’re also within reach of picturesque towns and villages such as Bakewell, Matlock, Ashbourne, Castleton and the famous plague village Eyam. For the thrill seekers, Alton Towers theme park is just a 45 minute drive away.

Closer to home The Ring of Trees trail and footpaths up to Corbar Cross and Solomon’s Temple are stunning woodland walks from Buxton itself.

The cottage comprises of a comfortable welcoming lounge, with flat-screen Smart TV and cable channels with a cosy log burner for cooler evenings. The lounge can seat up to six people.

The kitchen is well equipped including a microwave, fridge, washing machine and there is everything you need if you prefer to dine in and cook up a feast. There is also a coffee machine and the host will provide you with locally produced Buxton Roastery fresh coffee to enjoy.

The property boasts three bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms are dressed with Egyptian cotton linen and dressing gowns to match.

The boutique style bathroom has a double shower and roll top bath.

All beautifully decorated throughout with many quirky fittings and an attention to detail in every room, guests will feel like this really is a home from home.

The train station which operates a direct line to Manchester Piccadilly is just a ten minute walk from the cottage and the taxi rank is minutes away.

Externally there is a free, private parking space and the hosts have recommendations if more are required. The cottage has an outdoor seating area to the front with a table and chairs.
