Welcome to Aquae Arnemetiae Vintage Tearooms and Wine Bar, (formerly Vintage Tea Rooms) next to Everythings Rosy Interiors, which re-opened on 18th July 2024. Nestled in the heart of the Buxton Conservation Area, the family-run tearoom and wine bar offers a cosy retreat for shoppers, lunch-breaks, and gathering of friends. Enjoy the newly refurbished space, delicious menu, and, new for 2024 – the wine bar, featuring evening events including live music and games nights.
Wine Bar – New for 2024: Open as a wine bar from 3.30pm – enjoy wines, beers and spirits.
Town centre location: The independent, family run business is located within the leafy Buxton Conservation Area in the heart of Buxton town centre.
Ideal for Relaxation: Perfect for a shopping break, quick work lunch, or meeting friends.
Live Music and Entertainment: Saturdays from 7pm
Recently Refurbished: Including a new cosy booth for groups of up to 4.
Delicious Menu: Full breakfast options, plus a lunch menu including sandwiches, panini’s, oatcakes, soups, and toasties.
Homemade Cakes: Enjoy a wide selection of teas and coffee with a slice of delicious homemade cake, changing daily.
Traditional Afternoon Tea – New for 2024: Featuring a selection of freshly made sandwiches, homemade scones, homemade cakes, served with tea/coffee. Perfect for special occasions or a treat! Advance booking recommended.
