Following a highly successful year that encompassed receiving a prestigious industry award and celebrating a ten year anniversary as both a commercial venue and a centre of educational excellence, the Devonshire Spa is to welcome industry-renowned brands to its unique facility in the heart of the historic spa town of Buxton, Derbyshire.

In line with the Spa’s ethos to offer a lifestyle enhancing experience that considers each guest’s complete health and wellbeing, the Devonshire Spa will be launching a number of new therapies and treatments from [ comfort zone ] and Caudalie.

The holistic approach taken by the Devonshire Spa is to be boosted with the arrival of Italian brand [ comfort zone ] offering its range of powerful products, treatments and rituals – all designed to combine the very best scientific research with the highest quality natural ingredients to treat the whole body and promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Representing a complete system of care for the skin, body, and soul, the brand’s ethos is to work from the inside out and from the outside in to improve the human condition by promoting a promote a soulful, healthy and sustainable lifestyle, with advanced science- based solutions to visibly improve skin, body and mind.

The Devonshire Spa’s valued partnership with luxury Scottish brand ishga will continue following great success since the collaboration began in 2015, offering its organic range of anti-ageing, hydrating and nourishing products. Harnessing the powerful beauty benefits of sustainably-harvested seaweed grown in the pure unpolluted coastal waters of the Hebridean Islands of Scotland, this super ingredient has been used for centuries for its natural healing and therapeutic properties and is known to contain a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, and anti-oxidants that are considered essential for maintaining healthy and youthful skin.

In time for the festive party season, the Spa’s essential beauty range will also be boosted with the arrival of professional make up from Mii cosmetics, tanning from Kissed by Mii and tailored brows from Brows by Mii. Jessica Nails will complete the top-to- toe beauty experience with its extensive range of hand and nail care products for all nail types, signature Phenom high-gloss- power-polish manicure and Zenspa pedicure. With a focus on the client’s total well-being and offering a bespoke service, these exciting new brands will reflect the Spa’s 360-degree holistic approach.

The Devonshire Spa is located in the Devonshire Dome, the University of Derby’s Buxton Campus. As well as being an award-winning commercial spa, it gives students on the Spa Management degree courses the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and principles into practice.
