Come and watch one of the largest firework shows in the Midlands. Along with the fireworks there’s a great line up of additional activities: new for 2017 – a laser show, fairground amusements, face painting, balloon modelling and a tombola. All of the traditional activities to make a great night out for the family. The cafes will be open and will also also have a number of externals food outlets serving your favourites and also licensed bars.

Join Ashbourne Recreation Ground once again as Ashbourne Town Council put on a fun filled extravaganza of fireworks and fairground rides with free entry! There will also be hot food and drinks to buy.

Their annual Music & Fireworks spectacular is here with music from LS Duo, featuring Lewis Nitikman, Shaun McLoughlin and special guest Phil Johnson on drums, (starting at 7pm). Culminating with a thunderous firework display outside in Peak Cavern Gorge. A bar and refreshments will be available.

Chesterfield Borough Council’s annual fireworks extravaganza. Enjoy the brilliant fun fair and a wide choice of food and drink from different catering vans plus ever popular sweet stalls. There will on-stage entertainment leading up to the fireworks which begin at 7pm and entertainment includes: Pink Angels, Vanessa White who was in the girl group The Saturdays, JP Cooper from the track Perfect Strangers by Jonas Blue.

Although not strictly in Derbyshire, Tutbury Castle is right on the border and many of us from Derbyshire head down to this popular attraction during the year. Voted as one of the best firework displays in the UK, Tutbury Castle is opening its doors again for two nights of fireworks. By popular demand, the Vikings will be back with a great moonlit battle, followed by a Viking ‘funeral’. This terrifying group always attracts large numbers and there will be a living history camp and lots to see and do for the whole family. There will be entertainment throughout the evening, the pretty tearoom will be open for hot and cold refreshments along with the bar and BBQ (all reasonably priced!)

Customers who buy tickets online will receive a Paypal confirmation which does act as an official Tutbury Castle ticket. We ask that you print this off and bring it with you on the evening. This confirmation contains a unique ID number which will allow entry, without this you may be refused entry.

Its one of the High Peak’s biggest displays and this year will be no exception. This year Tin Man Scrap is sponsoring the fireworks and is providing free of charge 400 commemorative mugs when purchasing a hot drink.
This display is great if you fancy drinks after as you’re only a few minutes from a number of bars in town.

Join Eyam this year for a torch-lit procession of the infamous rat through the village of Eyam this Bonfire weekend! There will be entertainment in the village square from 5.45pm, with the parade leaving the square at 6.15pm. Our band-led procession takes you and the rat through the village and up Hawkhill Road to the huge bonfire at the playing fields, where you can enjoy some fabulous food and drink. Choose from tasty home-made soup, delicious farmhouse sausage hot dogs, jacket potatoes, chilli, locally brewed beers, mulled wine, parkin and of course bonfire toffee. The evening will end with a fantastic firework display. Keep an eye on the Eyam School PTA Facebook and webpage for all the latest event details. Tickets are now on sale at most local stores, Calver Spar and Baslow Café on the Green. Buy early to avoid disappointment! All funds raised will go to Eyam School PTA, so please come along to support and join in the fun.
